[OpenSpending] A ColumnChart extension to BubbleTree visualization

*Proposal: *
Clicking the central bubble will display a column chart of the surrounding
partial bubbles.

*More general solution: *
The user can define in his settings or in a dialogue, what kind of chart
should be displayed on clicking the central bubble.

*Reasons/advantages:*
1. A different view at and a better comparison of the data.
2. A possibility to display time series and see trends.
