[OpenSpending] [open-economics] Fwd: Innocentive open data challenge

Hey Laura,

Thanks for this tip, the deadline is really short, but if anybody else is
interested in putting something together I would be very glad to help. I
will take it on the agenda of the Open Economics Working Group meeting this
Wednesday.

We have spoken about doing some data analysis around inputs in terms of
government spending on e.g. education, health or R&D and outputs in local
regions, which we can make an example of for one country.
