[OpenSpending] looking for help with getting data into OS, using OS and its API

Hi Friedrich,

thanks a lot for the offer - I was travelling today (well, it is already 
"yesterday") and have a full schedule for today (Tuesday) - but how 
about Wednesday or any day later this week (for the skype/IRC)?
