[OpenSpending] Open Spending in Morocco

Hi,

I am working to build the first OpenSpending.org project in Morocco based
on the available budget data. This will be the first OpenSpending project
in the Arab world.

This project will be part of the Governance center in the university of
Mundiapolis <http://mundiapolis.ma/>. The current plan is to organize a
public and media conference about the topic of Open Spending on The 3rd
week of December.

I was wondering if a member of OpenSpending.org is interested on assisting
us on this important launch, and participate on the conference of December
to present the philosophy and showcase OpenSpending.org around the world.
