[OpenSpending] OpenSpending workshop in Sarajevo

Hi All,

Last week, the OpenSpending team were at a workshop in Sarajevo. It
was actually our first opportunity to do a triaining event with Civil
Society Organisations (though we have done many with journalists).

Loads of great ideas came out of it, and I'll do my best to write them
up over the coming days. First instalment - Day 1 and tips from My
Society's Tony Bowden on making a project with impact.
