[OpenSpending] Reminder: Community Call tomorrow on Spending Standards

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow (Thursday) at 7pm CEST 11th
October (That's 1300 EDT, 1800 BST [0 - other timezones]) we're having
a community Skype call to discuss the straw-man standard for
transactional spending data:
