[OpenSpending] Representing multiple years of budget data

Thx Lucy..
The single year view is fine for the Tree Map. It appears that the
BubbleTree doesn't behave in the same way and instead presents the
cumulative budget without the option of filtering by year, when creating
the visualization. Are there plans to implement the same behavior there?

On the drilldown in the treemap hierarchy, since the mouseover, already
displays detail information, adding a message such as *<right-click to
return>*, once the user is not at the top level, would work fine for me...

Rgds,
Mlm
