[OpenSpending] Openspending - sunburst visualization + R-Package

Dear OpenSpending community,

Tonight I decided to spend some time and hack on some more OS related
projects:

* A Sunburst visualization (based on d3) http://mihi-tr.github.io/openspending-sunburst/
* A R package - to access OS data from within R:
  https://github.com/mihi-tr/r-openspending

If you use R - look at the latter and provide some feedback (just create
issues for things you miss, bugs you find etc.)
