[OpenSpending] Openspending - sunburst visualization + R-Package

Vitor,

Sorry for the late reply. Was offline on a sailboat for a week.

I thought about adding interactivity - however this was a quick side
project (just bringing the OS data into the format of the d3 sample) and I
didn't have time to.

Anyone around who has experience adding interactivity to d3 charts?

What I'd do is make the first level clickable and then use that as a base
for the further sunburst...
