[OpenSpending] Stacked Barchart visualization

This is awsome!
It would be great having the chance to navigate up as you can drill down.

Please let me show you another example of stacked barchart for visualize
budgets by the OCAX project from PACD people (auditoriaciudadana.net), a
civic organization in Spain:
