Hello members of Open Spending !

We are starting a project of interactive (and collaborative) documentary 
about participatory budgeting for youth in Portugal, France and UK.

We are looking for funding opportunities.

We've launched a crowfunding campaign with a short video :

The project will be only with a creative commons license so I'm pretty
