[OpenSpending] Finding documents

Hi All,

I worked on a Research tool of FR-UK Scientific cooperation[1] when I was
at the French Embassy.
I kindly requested the data from the CORDIS team, and the guys there were
really helpful. They provided me with a full database (microsoft access
file) of all EU programs where France and UK were involved [2]. So I think
it would be worth asking directly to them. I just need to check if I still
have the right contact.

By the way, the tool I developed is based on the framework Exhibit [2] and
the data are stored on google spreadsheets [3]. It's a bit slow to upload
but I saw there is now a server-side option for Exhibit.

- Pierre
