[OpenSpending] Opening up municipal spending data - the Danish case

Dear all

I've written a guest-blogpost for the OpenSpending blog about the 
difficulties I faced when presenting budgets of Denmarks 98 
municipalities. In this case obtaining and handling the data was rather 
easy, but still there are lots of considerations to be made when dealing 
with complex spending data.
