[OpenSpending] report from Toronto budget mini-hackathon

Hi Gabe,
Great to hear about all the work you manage to pull off from the event.
I was really trilled to see that you have been using d3.js to visualise the
budget data:

I would be interested to learn if you would be able to create any d3
visulizations using the OpenSpending
API<http://openspending.org/help/api.html>,
as we would be quite keen to share more examples of API usage.
