[OpenSpending] City Spending Party around the world!

Wow,

The city spending party last weekend was really quite amazing. We had 20
spending parties <http://blog.openspending.org/city-spending-party>, added
around 25 locations to our city spending
map<http://apps.openspending.org/maps/>and had an amazing Hangout
during the spending party.
