Hi all,

To follow up, Marc published today this piece on the fiscal health of
Canadian Municipalities:
http://www2.macleans.ca/2013/07/31/detroit-and-the-lost-history-of-canadian-municipal-insolvencies/

Great to see shout outs for Gabe from Toronto mentioned there as well. From
the post:

"We can make that information more accessible. Recently, Gabe Sawhney,
director at Urban+Digital Toronto <http://www.urbandigital.ca/>, and a
group of colleagues in Toronto used a suite of open source tools published
by the Open Knowledge Foundation <http://www.okfn.com/> to create
visualizations <http://gabesawhney.com/?p=384> of their city’s budget. Why
not replicate that for all Canadian cities?
This is great work Marc!

Best,
Anders
