[OpenSpending] Open procuring: how does your country perform?

Julia,

Thanks for pointing that out - I totally missed that! We'll hopefully soon
have some numbers on the procurement data available across EU countries (in
TED). Would be great if these results could contribute to the data
collection you're doing.
