[OpenSpending] Global Economic Map

Perhaps a technical interface between Wikidata and OpenData would facilitate
such an effort.

region and city in the world. Currently the project is in its very early
stage and we are integrating with Wikidata.

How should the Global Economic Map get access the proper government budget
databases?
