[OpenSpending] Trends in Civic (Open Gov) Tech Organization now on OpenSpending

Hi Pierre,

This is fantastic stuff. Thanks a lot for sharing!

There have already been some interesting takes on the study [1], and it
would be great to hear your thoughts! Would you be interested writing up a
short piece for the OpenSpending blog about this?
