[OpenSpending] Help the Publications Office of the EU shape the future TED

My name is Brecht Wyns and I am working as a contractor for the ISA 
programme of the European Commission, which provides Interoperability 
Solutions for Public Administrations. In light of ISA Action 1.1. on 
"improving the semantic interoperability in European eGovernment systems", 
PwC has been commissioned to assist Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)* in 
making its data available as linked open data. TED would like to take this 
project as an opportunity to assess the community needs for information 
that they could make available in addition to what they are offering 
today.

In order to make sure that TED continues to meet the requirements and 
expectations of re-users, the Publications Office of the EU invites you to 
share your input with regard to
Information requirements, i.e. what (additional) information should be 
made available by TED; and
Desired functionalities and features, i.e. what functionalities and 
features you would like TED to provide, e.g. with regards to search APIs, 
supported data formats, etc.

*TED is the online version of the ?Supplement to the Official Journal of 
the European Union?. TED contains tenders information (business 
opportunities, award notices...), published by public authorities in the 
EU. An access to public procurement notices is available through a web 
application and in XML format for third parties being able to look for new 
business opportunities. TED is operated by the Publications Office of the 
EU.
