[OpenSpending] Independently keeping the lights on: Ideas?

Hey Jan,

Thanks for the quick response.

I've updated the budget spreadsheet which Anders linked to in his email 
from June (which I quoted in my last email):

I added a comment to the "Server costs" cell with what we're running now
