[OpenSpending] Procurement ban lists?

Hi,

>From my knowledge, the closest list we have in Brazil is the "dirty list"
of companies that submited workres to slave-analogous work conditions:

In Brazilian federal context, we have a register of companies allowed to
participate in public procurement. And under certain conditions, companies
can be removed from this register. But, from the best of my knowledge, we
dont have a ban list.
