[OpenSpending] delete all loaded date don't work

Hi,

i try to delete all loaded data because of fixing some errors. Unfortunately sometimes the data isn’t deleted.
So if i hit the delete loaded data at the dashboard, all reports of source files shows removed
On the search tab there is no data displayed.
But if i run an test reload of data, i got unique key errors.

Did i missed something?
