[OpenSpending] EU Budget and Spending Contract Research Opportunity

Hi Rufus,
am reading your info on the research opportunity below with high interest.
May I come back to you with some quick questions, clarifications:
- first of all, what is the deadline for expressing interests and sending
the required docs? (surely, as soon as possible, but still...)
- would OKF accept (small) team application or it is a call for individual
experts?
- to what extent would OKF be interested in having a series of thematic
papers on the topics listed below and enriched with infographics (where
useful) rather than having one narrative report
based on our experience, in case of orientation both journalists and
professionals prefer thematic notes to narrative reports (even if
multi-section ones)
