[OpenSpending] Deadline today for feedback on some components of the DATA Act

As part of the technical implementation and data standards needed for the
DATA Act (

a GitHub site has been set up to collect feedback -
http://fedspendingtransparency.github.io - particularly on these specific
data elements - http://fedspendingtransparency.github.io/dataelements/

Today is the commenting deadline for feedback on a number of elements,
including the current plan to continue using DUNS numbers:
