[OpenSpending] Open Data Awards

Hello everyone,
With my Open Data Institute hat on, I thought you all might like to know
about the 2015 Open Data Awards. It would be great to see Open Spending and
related projects get nominated (or anything else you're involved in that's
relevant). There are five categories including a publisher and a social
impact award.

Nominations close on 8 June and are open to all to enter with no age or
geographic limits.
