[OpenSpending] Request for Interviews for OpenBudgets.eu

Dear All,

For OpenBudgets.eu we are doing a series of interviews with civil servants
and public officials who work on publishing budget and spending data.

The interviews are 20 minutes to half an hour, by phone or over skype. We
would like to hear more about the process behind the publication of data,
technical steps and difficulties, and a wish list for a new platform.

The interviews are confidential and will be used for a short report for
openbudgets.eu.
