Hi All,

Is there anyone out there interested in working on processing the latest UK
national budget/spending data and getting it into OpenSpending (this is the
PESA data):

https://github.com/openspending/datatoload/issues/11

This is the data that powers Where Does My Money Go so its very visible :-)

I'm thinking of working on this and would love help!
