Hi everyone,

I've run into some problems while trying to import the spending data
from my hometown of Hamburg, Germany.

I grabbed the data from the official open data portal and wrote a
script that combined information from the different tabs of the MS
Excel file into a single CSV-File. Input data, script and Output data
can be found in my GitHub-Repository [0] (haushalt-final.csv is the
file you're looking for).

Now, I've created a new dataset on OpenSpending (Name is "Haushalt
Hamburg", unique identifier is "haushalt-hh") and set up the
dimensions according to the help page [1].

When I run a test import with a small sample, everything works just
fine (read: I do not get any error messages). But once I try to import
the full dataset, the import fails, citing a badly formatted time
field. Now, the date dimension consists of the final column in the
csv-file, containing a Year in YYYY-Format, which is supposed to be
legal, according to the help pages.

Support would be appreciated. I would love to give you information
about the dimensions I have set up, but currently, the website is
plagued by a consistent 504 Gateway Timeout that leaves me unable to
reach the settings for my data set. The same goes for the exact error
message, which I will share as soon as I am once again able to reach
my dataset.

Thanks in advance,
Max
