[pd-discuss] Notes from Public Domain Calculators Meeting, Luxembourg, 2010-01-31

FYI, some notes from Communia Working Group 6 meeting (on public
domain calculators in Europe), which took place this afternoon in
Luxembourg.

In particular there is a list of EU countries and whether or not we
currently have (or expect to have) a legal expert to help produce a
public domain calculator for that jurisdiction. Any suggestions here
would be most welcome!
