[pd-discuss] Making a short video on "How to openly publish public domain works"

Hi all,
here is a preliminary draft that Jonathan Keller and I have put together
during the past week,
it would be great if you could provide some feedback about it !
and please feel free to add or edit it as much as you can ;)
