[pd-discuss] Making a short video on "How to openly publish public domain works"

I think this should be mainly aimed at:
* GLAM institutions - as ultimately we want to encourage more of
these to open up more metadata and more digital copies
* The general public - as we want to create broader awareness about
the value of openness of digital copies and metadata. Also we could
encourage general public to speak to their local institution.
