[pd-discuss] A translation fund for public domain texts

Hi all

I really like the idea. Lets translate the idea into german and
propose it to Wikimedia Germany. My feeling it might be better to
contact them directly bypassing the WissensWert challenge. One reason
being that we have been invited to the Jury. Also I think it would be
nice to contacting them directly with a project proposal inviting them
to be a partner rather than a sponsor.

Makes sense?

So the first thing we need is a translation. Who volunteers?
