You're right - CC-BY-NC-ND is more restrictive, I'd forgotten about  
that one! CC-BY-NC-SA is viral in its non-commercial-ness, making it  
more restrictive than plain old CC-BY-NC. Having the -SA in there is  
also very confusing, because without the -NC it's pretty great.
