[pd-discuss] Entering the Public Domain in 2013

Hello,

I played around with querying DBpedia for this kind of information and
wrote down my experiences here:
http://www.uebertext.org/2012/10/using-dbpedia-to-find-public-domain.html

I think it makes sense to use SPARQL to get this information. I made a
query[1] that already delivers 102 persons who died in 1942 and have
most probably published at least one written work. The query has to be
improved though to cover all the people who have published stuff.
Maybe I'll find some time for this next week.
