[pd-discuss] PD in Argentina

Hi Maximiliano,
this would be really great if you could contribute to the development of an
Argentinian flowchart for the public domain calculators.
Here is the list of all the current flowcharts we have:

Ideally, it should be done in a similar format as the one done by
Kennisland/Europeana, available here; http://outofcopyright.eu/media.html
