[School-of-data] Scraping Module - Please Review!

Dear School-of-Data Community,

I've been working on a Scraping module for the Courses (while still having
some backlag of stuff to integrate into the handbook). The preliminary
version is here:

If you got 20-30 minutes, please go over the module and add notes, what you
think is missing - were do we say too much, where too little etc.
