[School-of-data] Recruiting a Data Wrangler for the School of Data

Hi all,

The idea for the School of Data have been bubbling away for some time now,
and funding has recently been confirmed - so it's full steam ahead! Watch
this space for news and discussion as plans for the School develop :)

The Open Knowledge Foundation is currently recruiting for a 'Data Wrangler'
to join the team. Our new Data Wrangler will work on a variety of projects,
and will be particularly involved in building content for School of Data
learning challenges and courses.

We are also recruiting for a Data Visualisation Developer, to work on our
OpenSpending project.
