[School-of-data] Reverse Engineering the Guardian Horsemeat Piece

Hi All,

Just put up a great piece from Tony Hirst on the School of Data blog where
he experiments with the data that the Guardian released on import and
export of horsemeat in Europe.

If you'd like to know how to produce a Sankey diagram using R, this is also
