[School-of-data] MOOC for the school of data

Indeed we do!

I've been working with Lucy on designing a project-based course that could
use our MOOC infrastructure to build cohorts around data subjects.

The plan is to have small peer groups and use our badge platform as well.
Stay tuned--I'd happily present to SCODA when our project plan is firmed up.
