[School-of-data] A little scrapping + data analysis experiment

Hi!

A few days ago I made an experiment that I think may be of interest of some
of you (hopefuly, if I'm wrong, sorry for the noise! :) )

I guessed that number of subtitle downloads may be correlated with the
number of viewers of tv.
