organisation?  Try it from the other side - in the next TA Bridge webinar,
we will be learning about how to use social media for 'Big Listening.'

Your transparency and accountability campaign should start with learning
about your audience in order to effectively influence and engage them.
Social media offers an excellent opportunity to monitor discussions about
your issues and a great opportunity to influence those that are
participating in dialogues online.
