[CKAN-Security] JP page of ckan.org is redirected to other service

[Satoshi IIDA]

Hello team,

Thank you for your daily effort!

A JP user has reported me that Japanese version of "https://ckan.org" is
redirected to suspicious page.
He says current website does not have appropriate "accept-language" (it
lacks "ja").

Anyone can check this?
