[the-datatank] One-click The DataTank install

Hi all,

We've now made it super easy to install a The DataTank in the cloud 
using pagoda-box. Before tweeting it out to the public, we would love 
you to test it in prime time.

Oh, and for the The DataTank pros: the version that will be installed is 
the alpha version of our June release. It supports experimental 
not-yet-human-documented URI dereferencing and Linked Data Fragments. It 
is documented machine-readably in your discovery documented.
