Hi -

I'm a graduate student in University of Michigan working with a team to 
help Jackson, MI implement an Open Data platform. We want to partner 
with a vendor to build the portal and CKAN seems to be very promising. I 
have seen many open data website powered by CKAN. I sent several emails 
to CKAN team but no one has responded yet. *Can anyone connect me with a 
person at CKAN who can help me out with this?*

Also, we were hoping to learn from other small(er) municipalities what 
might be best practices for building open data. Or if anyone has any 
advice for our team on how to approach the issue, we would love to hear.
