us of the preparation for the World Summit on Free Information
Infrastructures (London, October). We are a small rural NGO in Nigeria 
working with IDRC and APC to promote wireless connectivity in rural 
Nigeria. If there is a chance for a travel grant, we would like to be 
represented at the
