Maybe the problem is that they don't have software for this. The only
usable free sw for video editing - Cinelerra - is horrible crap. I tried
it myself and when it accidentally has a bright moment not being busy
segfaulting, you don't have the slightest chance to figure out which
button and which option is supposed to do what.
