[wsfii-discuss] worries and list membership

I've sent it out to various "Free software and civil society lists". 

And here's a great big thankyou going out to Saul for the effort in
pushing this out the door. I'm in the middle of apartment
redecorating/destruction madness myself, and really appreciate what
you've done :-)
