Hehe you could print also Ronja guides and sell them to people building
Ronja. You basically need up to 2 copies of certain schematics into
which you have to scratch with pencil, plus printout of the building
guides to cross over boxes describing steps you already did. 

Plus the book should contain also all the drilling template in necessary
quantity :) And in the building process the book would be totally
destroyed ;-)

People could order one book and wouldn't have to shuffle with heap of
loose papers from laser printer.

It could be something very cheap like spiral back, just for the papers
to hold together and to take price advantage of the mass production.
