Hi Rufus,

I was just wondering - since you're chairing the Open Civic Information
panel, could I ask Jamie King to chair the Free Culture, Free Media
panel? He expressed an interest in WSFII and I was looking for an opening
for him..

If Tom did want to do OCI - and it's a programme error, don't worry - it
woudl be good to have you chair it too...
